You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been submitted into our system. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.
Our packages are collected twice a week. We ship with Serbian National Post and DHL Express (for customers located outside of Serbia).
After pick up, the shipping times are mostly: • Europe (east): 3 — 6 business days • Europe (central): 5 — 7 business days • USA: 3 — 8 business days • Rest of the world: 5 — 11 business days
These are estimated times of arrival. We can’t promise that packages are delivered within this time frame. Shipping companies try their best to do so, but delays can always occur due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
The exact cost and delivery time will be calculated when filling out your address information and placing your order.
For orders over RSD 30000 (€250) delivery is free.
Shipping throughout Serbia
Express delivery within 1 hour for Belgrade Express delivery is fastest delivery among other brands. This type of delivery works only for Belgrade. The delivery time for any parcel is approximately 1 hour. You can track couriers on the map in real time. By the way, we will send a message with a tracking link. Delivery is free for all orders whose value exceeds RSD 12990 (€110), if the value of the order is below the specified amount, delivery costs are charged RSD 950 (€8) and these costs are borne by the buyer. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), holidays and other non-working days are not included in the delivery time. Next day delivery to home address for Belgrade Next day delivery. Order in the morning, it will be delivered by evening. Shipping will be free if your order an amount greater than RSD 4990 (€43). if the value of the order is below the specified amount, delivery costs are charged RSD 390 (€4) and these costs are borne by the buyer. We send our customers notifications from the beginning to the end of delivery, and you can track your order on the map in real time. So you don’t need to worry when the courier comes.
Please note: Same day delivery works only within Belgrade and only if you place a order before 13:30. if the order is placed after 13:30, delivery will be postponed to the next day Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), holidays and other non-working days are not included in the delivery time. Delivery to home address within Serbia Shipping will be free if your order an amount greater than RSD 4990 (€43). if the value of the order is below the specified amount, delivery costs are charged RSD 490 (€4.5) and these costs are borne by the buyer. The approximate delivery time is from 2 to 7 working days from the receipt of the Consumer's order, depending on the stock and delivery address. The term begins to run upon receipt of the order confirmation. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), holidays and other non-working days are not included in the delivery time.

Returns and Exchanges
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us no later than 2 days before the scheduled delivery of the ordered goods, otherwise we will assume that it will be realized and on the day of the scheduled delivery you will be responsible for the entire amount of your order. All prices are indicated in dinars, including VAT. During the final payment, the total amount of the order with the calculated VAT will be deducted from your account. All payments will be made in Serbian currency - dinars (RSD).
If you are not satisfied with our service or product, please contact us by email no later than 14 days after delivery. We accept complaints only if, together with a written description, you provide us with images and/or videos of the problem you are facing.The advertised product must be photographed in the condition in which it was found. The bABP employees responsible for handling complaints are required to respond to you within 2 working days of receiving your letter. If we consider your complaint justified, the bABP online store will refund you the cost of the order.
Steps when canceling a purchase (14 days from the day of receipt of the item)
1. Fill in the form which you can download here. Pack the completed form together with the item you are returning.
2. Put the goods you want to return in the parcel ( Remember that they need to have their original packaging and tags), with filled form. 3. Return the item via any courier service with you prefer. Your funds will be refunded using the saae method you you choose to pay for your order. In the case of returning goods, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
