These general terms of use refer to the use the website babp.eu (hereinafter: “bABP”) and are written in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Serbia. The conditions govern the functioning of the bABP store, and the legal relationship between babp.eu registered users (hereinafter: “Users”) and buyers of products, goods or services (hereinafter: “Customers”).

Privacy Policy

On behalf of bABP, we commit to maintaining the privacy of all our customers.We only collect necessary, basic customer/user data and data necessary for business and informing users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service.We give customers the option to choose, including the option to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns.All customer/user data is strictly kept and available only to employees who need this data to perform their job.
All bABP employees and business partners are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy protection.

Ordering

Purchases through the bABP store are ordered electronically. Certain products have the option of choosing a size or color and it needs to be marked first.
By pressing  the Add to cart button, the selected product is added to the shopping cart, after which a user will receive a notification to proceed to checkout, or can do so by clicking on the cart menu item. During the checkout process, the user needs to follow a simple process and provide requested details needed for shipment of the products, as well as payment details if the card payment has been selected. This will be done in the following step on the payment gateway of the bank.
After concluding the order to the email left by the Customer as a contact, a confirmation will be forwarded that the order has been received by bABP store. If the user does not receive such a confirmation, it is necessary to check the correctness of the e-mail address he left as a contact or to report the problem to the email address: babpcl@icloud.com
Customer information cannot be changed after sending the order.

Product prices

The prices of all products are stated in Serbian currency RSD.
The prices are determined in advance and are stated together with the corresponding VAT. Prices are valid for all customers only for the duration of the offer.
We reserve the right to change the price.

Methods of payment

When entering credit card data, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most current cryptographic technology. The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the card processor, the Acquirer Bank, so the entire payment process is carried out on a secure page, whose processor is the Bank. At no time are credit card data available to our system.

Conversion statement

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your creditcard account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Eurointo Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currencyaccording to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversionthere is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Refund of Charged Funds

In the event of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with any of the payment cards, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, BABP DOO is obliged to make the refund exclusively through American Express (AmEx), DinaCard, Maestro/MasterCard, and VISA payment methods, meaning that the Electronic Money Institution, upon the merchants request, will refund the funds to the cardholders account.
Complaints are not common and may be initiated in case of card misuse or any other force majeure reasons. Please contact us by email, and we will resolve your complaint through direct communication as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

As each country defines the Laws about trade of goods and services, it may happen that independent of us, some services calculate additional costs for our goods and services, (costs of postage, opening and control of packages, customs, re-delivery, change of delivery address etc. The recommendation is that before ordering the goods, check whether there are any special prohibitions for the country from which the order is placed. All costs according to the above, are responsibility of client. Delivery times are specified on www.babp.eu or during the purchasing process. Complaints Policy

If you have purchased goods in an online store, please check your package in the presence of the courier upon delivery. If there are visible damages (torn parts and crushing), you should not accept the package. In this case, please contact us via Telegram or WhatsApp at +381 61 6355 024. We will inform you of further steps as soon as possible. If you have received the shipment and after opening the box, you find that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. If any discrepancies arise with the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, please contact us. We will respond to your complaint within the shortest possible time, and no later than 5 business days from the date of receiving the complaint, in writing or electronically, informing you of further steps. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 20 business days from the moment it is submitted. In case of returning goods to a customer who has previously paid for the goods to the courier, i.e., cash on delivery, the cost of returning the goods is not borne by (the merchant's name), but the expense falls on the customer.
